The Confindustria research department point out that in Italy there is no economic growth and forecasts a minimum growth of GDP until 2012, due in large part to the lack or incompleteness of the reforms. On the employment front, the situation does not show hints of improving: the number of unemployed is in fact in October 2010 (2.167 millions) "more than double compared to April 2007."
To see an improvement we’ll have to wait spring 2015, provided, however, that the tools will be improved and substantial structural changes realized.
