Assirm presented in Milan on 16th December the annual marketing data Assirm Observatory “Marketing Research and value for the enterprise and the collectivity”. This year the data detected a strong push towards change: investors are betting on new technologies, ask for an always higher number of information and services of consultancy. Thus the question arises of the future role of research and researcher in the development of information processes.
