At the end of February 2011, the national collective agreements in force for the economic part correspond to 47.4% of employed workers and 43.5% of payroll observed. In February, the index of hourly contractual wages remained unchanged from the previous month and rose by 2.1% compared to February 2010. The sectors that have the largest increases in February are: construction (+4.6%), military and defense (4.3%), police (+4.0%), agriculture, rubber, plastics and processing non-metallic minerals (+3.8% for both areas). Ministries, school, activities of the firefighters record, however, the more moderate increases (+0.6% for all three sectors). In February, four contracts have been renewed among those tracked by the survey: express mail agencies, secular private school, activities of firefighters in both staff and management levels. In February, employees waiting for renewal are 52.6%. The months of waiting for workers with the expired contract are on average 10.8; the waiting distributed on the total number of employees is 5.7 months.
