Confcommercio Consumption Indicator Feb. 2011

Stagnation in consumption continues also in February. This is the result of the Confcommercio Consumption Indicator (ICC), which indicates a decrease of 1.3% on an annual basis, following the -2.4% in January. On a monthly basis the indicator (excluding sales of cars) shows a slight increase (+0.1%), resulting in a substantial stability in the last quarter.
