Since 2003, Unioncamere organizes annually in the month of May, the Day of Economy, the institutional event of great political and communicative impact during which all the Chambers of Commerce, together, take pictures and present the health status of the Italian economy. The ninth edition, held in Rome, saw the presentation of the 2011 report on the economy, which shows that the average loan that a company in Italy is able to get at the bank teller amounts to € 182,000, while the average debt suffered by an entrepreneur against the bank amounted to € 12,000. Milan leads the ranking of the highest value of loan (457,000 €), which is closed by Enna (40,000 €).
