According to data released by ISTAT, in June 2011 the seasonally adjusted index of confidence rises, compared to May, for corporate services, but is down for retail. In particular, for the first index rose from 96.8 in May to 101.1 in June, the second decreases from 101.4 to 99.2. Services significantly improve the opinions and expectations on orders, but slightly worse expectations on Italian economy. Recover, in addition, the judgments and expectations on employment and judgments on business; rises slightly the balance of expectations on the dynamics of sale prices. In business, the indicator drops in retail (from 100.3 to 95.7) and increases slightly in the traditional distribution (from 105.1 to 105.8). The ratings on sales are stable, but worsen the short-term expectations. Inventories are judged in further increase.
