It was presented to the House of Representatives the Annual Report INAIL (National Institute Accidents at Work) on accidents at work. despite an overall decrease in deaths, which for the first time fall below the threshold of 1000, there is however a remarkable difference between men and women: the first report a decrease of the total accidents by 2.9% (from over 545,000 to 529,000) compared to 2009 and by 8.2% for fatal cases (981 to 901), while for women there is an overall increase of about one thousand (+0.4% compared to 2009 , from 244 thousand to 245 thousand) and 7 fatalities more (from 72 to 79), with a percentage increase, compared to 2009, by 9.7%. Also increasing complaints from foreign workers, especially women.
