On 16 and 17 September 2011 was held in Brindisi the VIII Forum of Young Entrepreneurs of Federalimentare entitled "Time to … ITALIAN FOOD – Italian model for the global food: Italian recipe to offer to citizens of the world. " The Forum was opened by Annalisa Sassi (President of Young Entrepreneurs Federalimentare) and saw, among others, the presentations of Filippo Ferrua Magliani (President Federalimentare ), Piero Perron (President Conai) and Pierluigi Ascani (Chairman Format).
