During the second and final day of the Forum of Young Entrepreneurs of Confcommercio, a research was presented made in partnership with Format Researches. 43% of young entrepreneurs in the service sector has confidence in the prospects of the country to overcome the crisis. But there are "structural" factors that limit the competitiveness of businesses: for 77% of respondents, in fact, have become unbearable the weight of the tax burden, the cost of paperwork and the difficulties of access to credit. For 61.4% of young entrepreneurs to promote economic and social growth of the country it is necessary to focus on education, innovation and a social policy to support the family. Thinking about a new balance of international trade, 23% of young entrepreneurs consider that Italian firms in 5-7 years will be more successful than those of other countries; 50.7% believe that the situation will be different than the current one; and for 26.3% of the respondents the Italian companies will be defeated by those of emerging countries. About 50% of young entrepreneurs asked to think how will Italy be like in 5 to 7 years, answered to imagine it in a different situation from today’s, and among them nearly 60% think it will be a better Italy. Finally, 77% of respondents judged as ineffective manoeuvres undertaken by the previous government to combat the economic crisis.
