In February 2011 the index of consumer confidence rose to 106.4 from 105.9 in the previous month. The improvement is due to greater optimism about the future of the country's economic situation and the family (the index of “future climate” rises from 90.9 to 94.7), while the current climate indicator goes down (from 116, 7 to 115.1). The index on the overall economic climate also goes up from 77.4 to 78.6, while the evaluations about the personal climate remain substantially stationary (the index rose from 120.6 to 120.5).
