OFI. OSSERVATORIO FINANZA ITALIA (ITALIAN FINANCE OBSERVATORY)
The Italian Finance Observatory is a multiclient survey carried out by Format Research on a statistically representative sample of Italian companies with a turnover of up to € 150 million (extra-agricultural and non-financial). The Observatory has been produced every year since 2012. The main phenomena considered by the Observatory are: the use of banking services by companies, the banks that are most used and for which services, the competitive analysis of the credit demand/supply, the level of the companies’ satisfaction with regards to the banks and banking services they use, the customer’s direct experience, the index of advisability of the various banking brands (NPS – Net Promoter Score). All data have been analysed and presented in time series since 2012. The sample is based on 8,000 observations and is divided into two segments of companies with an equal sample size: companies with a turnover of up to 2.5 million euros (small business segment) and companies with a turnover of between 2.5 and 150 million euros (business segment). The analysis of the results is carried out on the basis of a multiplicity of study domains such as the sector of economic activity of the companies: manufacturing, construction, commerce, tourism, services; geographical area of residence of the companies, etc. Format Research offers the possibility to any interested party to have an identical but customised survey based on their needs, such as, for example, for a specific territory, for a particular sector of economic activity, segmenting companies based on a different turnover range than the already planned one, and so on. The subscriber of the survey will only bear the cost of the customizations.
